Frequently asked questions
A bathroom's information is wrong or it doesn't exist.
Open the bathroom's detail page and submit an edit, or email us with the location. Community edits are reviewed before they appear, so corrections may take a little time to show up.
How do I add a bathroom?
Sign in, tap add on the map at the bathroom's location, and fill in the details. New places appear on the map right away; confirmations from other users verify the information and release the points you earn for the contribution.
Do I need an account?
No — you can browse the map as a guest. An account (Kakao, Naver, or Apple sign-in) is only needed to add places, suggest edits, rate cleanliness, or save favorites.
How do I delete my account?
In the app: Profile → Delete account. This removes your profile and personal data. You can also email us and we'll process the deletion for you.
How is my location used?
Only to show bathrooms near you while you use the app. We don't keep a record of where you've been. Details are in our Privacy Policy.
I want to report inappropriate content or a user.
Use the flag and report options on the bathroom's detail page (for example, to flag a place as outdated or report a closure), or email us with a screenshot or the location name — including to report a specific user. Reports are reviewed, violating content is removed, and repeat offenders can be restricted.
